The Adventure of the Christmas Pudding

Name: The Adventure of the Christmas Pudding
Hercule Poirot #35
Author: Agatha Christie.
Published: 24 October 1960.
Genre: Crime Novel.
Number of Pages: 256.

This book actually is a collection of six small stories. For me personally length of each story is just perfect although this particular stories often lacks the depth but they are easy and interesting to read.
Six stories that this book is comprised of are
The Adventure of the Christmas Pudding.
Story lacks the depth but not that bad. I would still give it 3 out of 5.
The Mystery of the Spanish Chest.
If you haven't read Othello, read it first. About the story it is a bit better than the previous one.
3.5 out of 5

The Under Dog
A bit too stretched but it was good enough. 3.5 out of 5.

Four and Twenty Blackbirds
Seemed to me the criminal was rather incautious. This one not that enjoyable still I think 3 out of 5.

The Dream
This one is a bit interesting, somewhat new. I say 4 out 5.
Greenshaw's Folly
This story is not of the series of Hercule Poirot stories rather Miss Marple one. It pretty much is like a typical Miss Marple story wasn't that bad though. 3 out 5.

Wall Clock Power Supply From USB

Most of the wall clocks that we use usually runs on a single AA cell. It might have more than one cell in case the clock has something fancy like Alarm or bell. For normal clocks however it might be a bit problematic to keep on changing the cells as they often run on disposable ones. Although they do run for a long time but it can be very easy to add a simple circuit that will give us the ability to run the clocks from USB. One drawback of this is it will turn off if the USB power source is off.

Component list:

1 470‎Ω

1 47µF

3 1N4148

How does it work?
The mechanism is pretty simple but a bit crude. Diode drops a certain amount of voltage across it. This voltage depends on the diode itself and the amount of current through it. For a general purpose diode it is about 0.5V. So three of them will roughly give us 1.5V which should be enough for running a simple wall clock that does not require that much current to run. The resistor here will drop some voltage across it.

1. Make sure to check the voltage before connecting it to anything.
2. You might have to change the value of the resistor and model of the diodes.
3. You can even change the number of diodes as well.

The Murder at the Vicarage

Name: The Murder at the Vicarage
Miss Marple #1
Author: Agatha Christie.
Published: October 1930.
Genre: Crime Novel.
Number of Pages: 256.
My Review: 4 out of 5.

First book of Miss Marple series. Story is interesting but a bit too long and the ending is a bit too mushy but an awesome read nonetheless.

The Mysterious Affair at Styles

Name: The Mysterious Affair at Styles
Author: Agatha Christie.
Published: October 1920.
Genre: Crime Novel.
Number of Pages: 296.
My Review: 3.5 out of 5.

Story is pretty good and interesting but a bit too long for my taste. The way the killer was caught is pretty unique.

The Murder of Roger Ackroyd

Name: The Murder of Roger Ackroyd
Author: Agatha Christie.
Published: 19 June 1926.
Genre: Crime Novel.
Number of Pages: 312.
My Review: 4.5 out of 5.
This I think is one of the best if not the best book written by Agatha Christie. There is one big issue with the book though but apart from that this is a wonderful read.

Murder on the Orient Express

Name: Murder on the Orient Express.
Author: Agatha Christie.
Published: 1st January 1934.
Genre: Crime Novel.
Number of Pages: 256.
My Review: 3.5 out of 5.

Story is interesting but the book is a bit too long for my taste. About the movies, the one with David Suchet is okay but the latest one is absolute rubbish.

Battery C Rating

Battery C Rating - The C rating of a battery (or cell) is used to indicate the continuous current draw (amps) the cell will support. By multiplying the C rating times the cell capacity in milliamperehours (mAh), the continuous current in milliamperes (mA) of a cell is easily calculated. Example - For a 2000 mAh battery with a 15C rating, the continuous current that may be drawn out of the battery is 2000 mAh x 15 = 30000 mA, or 30 Amps (A) (divide by 1000). There is also another rating that is applicable to a battery known as peak or "burst" current discharge rating. Peak current is higher than continuous C rating. It indicates that a battery will deliver higher current than the C rating for brief instances. For ease of calculations, LiPo Calc does not take peak current into account. This figure varies widely with battery type and in most applications is not required for calculating a suitable battery pack configuration. Instead, LiPo Calc calculates battery pack configurations such that current draw will never exceed the continous C rating of the battery. Of course, the calculation is only as good as the inputs supplied, so make certain to enter an accurate number in the Amps field. If you aren't sure how many amps your specific motor/prop/gear train configuration pulls, use an amp meter to measure the current draw between the motor and the ESC in static condition using a known good power source of approximately the same voltage as the LiPo configuration you intend to use. Put that number into the Amps field.
